Symbiotic, a universal staking protocol, has secured $29 million in Series A funding led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Coinbase Ventures and over 100 industry leaders. The funding will be used to launch the Universal Staking Framework, transforming staking from a single-network mechanism into a universal coordination layer. Proof-of-Stake has become dominant, and Symbiotic unlocks new revenue streams for stakers across multiple networks simultaneously. Leading projects such as Hyperlane, Spark, and Avail have already adopted Symbiotic, with 14 networks integrated and 20+ more in development.
